The Adjustable chin strap helps to prevent air flow leaking from your mouth by holding your chin in a stable position which encourages breathing through your nose.

I thought that the chin strap had possibly helped my snoring, but my husband told me that the only thing it did was change the sound and pitch of the noise. He asked me to please not use it anymore because the noise was worse than before.

This product does not deliver period!! If you snore, you’ll still snore with this product.

It stops you from snoring but you are quietly choking to death in your sleep. If you are a heavy sleeper you better have somebody watch you or you could wind up dead!

This product did not perform as advertised. I wore the strap one night only and had to remove it during the night. The strap did not move my lower jaw forward and actually felt like it was being pulled up and back. It was returned the next day. Do not waste your money on this item.

Had nothing but trouble. They did not send this item. They sent a different item. The different item didn’t fit right, but the company wouldn’t respond to my emails regarding returning/replacing the item. Wouldn’t do business with them again if they were the last company on Earth. Amazon, however, is great. They covered the loss with their guarantee.
